Refund policy
Effective 8 October 2026
repose is sold as a monthly plan through Polar, our merchant of record. This page says when a charge is refunded and how.
The trial and the first charge
Your first plan starts with seven days free; an email address or card that has had a free week before checks out without one. Your card is taken at checkout and first charged on the eighth day unless you cancel before then; cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
If you are charged after the trial and change your mind, ask within 14 days of that first charge and it is refunded in full. This applies to the first charge of a plan only.
Renewals
A renewal is not refunded for a part of a month. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, your machines stop then, and their snapshots are kept for 30 days.
Egress overage
Egress past your plan's allowance is added to the next invoice at $0.05 a GB. It is a record of traffic your machines sent and is not refunded, unless a fault on our side caused the traffic.
Charges in error
A charge that should not have happened (a plan you cancelled in time, a duplicate, an amount that does not match the published price) is refunded in full once we have looked at it, whenever it happened.
How a refund is made
Refunds are made through Polar to the card that paid, and appear on the same statement, usually within five to ten business days. Ask by email at the contact address published on repose.herakraft.co, with the email address of your repose account; a refund cancels the plan it was for.
Polar may also refund a charge on its own, within 60 days of it, to settle a dispute before it becomes a chargeback; that refund cancels the plan too. Polar's buyer terms cover the payment itself, and Polar answers at [email protected].
